Ann L. Huber PhD.Environmental Microbiologist, Principal of SRGAnn has years of national and international experience conducting research with government agencies and private industry. Her areas of expertise include environmental microbiology, agricultural nutrient and pathogen management practices, horticulture water management and treatment, monitoring and remediation of terrestrial and aquatic ecosystems, and greenhouse gases. Ann has led a number of successful multi-year research studies that have involved extensive field sampling programs, data management and analysis, evaluation of soil, water and crop quality and/or evaluation of testing parameters across the horticultural and field crop sectors. Ann is also a involved in many aspects (experimental design, scheduling and implementation, data analysis, reporting, etc.) of several ongoing projects at SRG. |

Margaret A. Ribey, MSc.,CCA-ONNatural Resource ScientistMargaret has experience in soil and crop management and research with university, private, and public agricultural agencies. Her areas of expertise include soil chemistry and physics, nutrient sourcing and transport, best management practices, soil health, environmental considerations in production agriculture, and nutrient management planning. Margaret coordinates agronomic field sampling, data management and analysis, GIS support, and reporting requirements for numerous projects across agricultural sectors. Margaret participated in drafting the Proceedings for the Summit on Canadian Soil Health 2017 and the BMP Infosheets and Soil Health Diagnostic Factsheets for the OMAFRA Soil Health Publications Project. She has conducted numerous farm management interviews and data interpretation for Ontario wide projects. Margaret is certified to develop Nutrient Management Strategies/Plans, and has completed several Source Water Protection Plans and GLASI and now LEADS – Farmland Health Check-Up assessments for Ontario farmers. |

DONALD J. KING MSC., CCA-ONRESEARCH AGRONOMIST, PRINCIPAL OF SRGDon has extensive experience conducting on-farm projects for government and agricultural producer associations to evaluate the environmental impact of agricultural production on soil, water and air quality to help determine improved farming practices. He has evaluated risk to soils in land resource assessments using soil survey and CLI for LEAR, GLASI, LEADS, and soil management and remediation in linear corridor projects. Don is a certified Nutrient Management Plan Consultant and Certified Crop Advisor with widespread experience developing more than 200 plans and site specific agronomic recommendations for producers. Don has led agricultural investigations in association with hydrogeologists (Golder Associates, Lotowater, Waterloo University) and with municipalities (Oxford, Wellington, Waterloo, York, Niagara) to assess threats to drinking water sources associated with agriculture and develop beneficial management practices. |
